Σε μια κοινωνία που προχωρά,
ο πόλεμος δεν δίνεται πάντα με σπαθιά.
Δίνεται με λέξεις, με βλέμματα, με πόρτες που κλείνουν αθόρυβα
σε ανθρώπους που ζητούν ίσες ευκαιρίες.
Ρατσισμός, σεξισμός, διακρίσεις απέναντι σε ΑμεΑ,
σε πρόσφυγες, σε φτωχούς, σε όποιον “δεν ταιριάζει” στο καλούπι.
Αυτό είναι το τέρας του καιρού μας.
Και χρειάζεται θαρραλέους ανθρώπους να το κοιτάξουν κατάματα.
Η νέα γενιά το τολμά.
Δεν σωπαίνει μπροστά στο άδικο.
Στέκεται δίπλα σε όποιον νιώθει μόνος.
Αγκαλιάζει τη διαφορά.
Χτίζει κοινότητες με βάση τον σεβασμό, όχι τον φόβο.
Ο έκτος άθλος είναι κοινωνικός.
Είναι να ζεις με ανοιχτή καρδιά και καθαρή ματιά.
Να πεις όχι στην κανονικότητα που αποκλείει.
Να φτιάξεις χώρο για όλους,
χωρίς αστερίσκους, χωρίς εξαιρέσεις.
Ο κόσμος αλλάζει όταν αρνείσαι να γίνεις συνένοχος στην αδικία.
Και κάθε νέος άνθρωπος που επιλέγει να μιλήσει,
να σταθεί, να υποστηρίξει,
κρατά έναν κρίκο από την αλυσίδα που μας ενώνει.
Ο Ηρακλής του σήμερα είναι εκείνος
που κάνει τον άλλον να νιώσει ότι ανήκει.
Και αυτή είναι η αρχή ενός πιο ανθρώπινου αύριο.

Δεν είναι όλα τα τέρατα ορατά.
Μερικά κρύβονται στα βλέμματα, στους ψιθύρους,
στις ευκαιρίες που δίνονται στους λίγους.
Ο σημερινός Ηρακλής δεν πολεμά με νύχια και δόντια —
πολεμά με φωνή, με στάση, με αλληλεγγύη.
Η νέα γενιά δεν αντέχει το άδικο.
Δεν ανέχεται το «δεν χωράς», το «δεν είσαι σαν εμάς»,
το «δεν δικαιούσαι».
